Saturday, February 21, 2015 - Thought this one had slid under the radar and was lost, but found it recently. Deep purple color. Nose of dusty bramble fruit. Still has mouth drying tannins. Big fruit with soft shoulders. Used some in a beef sauce to create a bridge with dinner. It softened over the course of the evening, and paired well with after dinner snack of dark chocolate covered dried cherries.
