Sunday, November 15, 2015 - Very classic, but nothing out of the ordinary. Great yeasty nose, baked green apples, and meyer lemons along with a fresh minerality and acidity kept the wine perfectly in check with lemon curd pavlova and berries for dessert. Delicious!
