The strawberry continues on the palate along with some herbaceous notes. You can easily notice the Syrah emphasis in the blend but it just doesn’t translate into the richness you’d expect. Finish was too steely. Needed more time with the skins during fermentation. Purchased at Bristol Farms for about $14…you can get it for $10; but I’d take a pass.
