Sunday, January 15, 2012 - Looking at the tasting notes, it appears that no one else still has a bottle of this. Opened this last night, and it was very tight and tannic at first. Alot of ripe, dark, fruit, but the tannins were gripping making it difficult to figure what else was going on. After about 30 minutes, the tannins rounded a bit and this was a great bottle of wine. Terrific nose and wonderful ripe, purple fruits going on. It seems unfortunate to me that no one else has held onto this to let it develop more. It is really coming into its prime right now. Vinuvaced the 2nd half of the bottle and will retest tonight.
