Wednesday, April 10, 2019 - This is a thoroughly lovely bottle of 1995 Chevillon found deep in the cellar. The colour was surprisingly cherry red and the palate was fresh with plenty of dark cherry, wild strawberry, rose and some Asian spice and earth. The palate was medium weight with a lovely spherical sense of fruit and proportion - it glided over the palate and left a gentle yet long impression. Lovely stuff !
