Saturday, December 16, 2023 - This wine has improved over the past year and a half, came into shape and is ready for the next decade.

Lovely nose of fresh see breeze, shell fish and blossom. Palate of intense lemon, creme fraiche, hay and again oyster. Very mineral driven finish.
Wine improves with air and slightly higher temps over the evening and the best glass was the day after. More intense and focussed.
