Sunday, April 28, 2024 - Bruised apple, preserved lemon, lees, and a touch of nuttiness.

Medium acid with slightly less effervescence than the average cremant/Champagne.

Very difficult to find an oxidative-style sparkling wine executed this well at $30. Delicious with accessible complexity.
