Sunday, May 15, 2022 - Double blind tasted against Loire Sauv Blanc.
Pale gold, Medium (-) intensity; aromas of lemon, pear, lime, light floral note. Fairly high acidity, medium body & alcohol (13.0% ABV), medium (+) to long finish. There is is a little grapefruit bitterness/tart on the finish - nice comparison/contrast to the Sauv Blanc.
