Saturday, September 13, 2008 - Moulin Touchais Pt. 2 @ Peter Z. (Belgium): Pure acaciahoney on the nose. A subtile and faint hint of beeswax. Intriguing earthy impressions like warm compost, truffles and rain in a waterbarrel. Also notes of shrimp, shells, white chocolate, almond, mandarin.
And, almost unbelievable, the beautiful golden colour still has a glimpse of green in its heart!! Elegance at its finest... A truly humbling experience. 19/20
