Thursday, August 12, 2021 - 92+. While this is "light and soft" its loaded with flavors. Instead of being over the top, its a perfect harmony. So beautiful. Showing better than last time. A perfect expression of the varietal (I feel like I am eating Gewurztraminer grapes) with a delicious bouquet and flavors of lychee, rose petal, perfume, spice, honey. Off dry. Perfectly balanced. Drinks so well now, why try to age it. A steal for this kind of quality. Sadly this may not get the respect it deserves and as such may not be made again. This really merits being made annually. If people knew the quality in the bottle, this would sell out in a flash. Great QPR. A must try. Of note, I had a small amount left in the bottle corked for 3 or 4 days out of the refrigerator and when I went to retaced it it's still tasted fresh lively and fruity
