Wednesday, April 29, 2015 - Fabulous rosé champagne at just the right age. Very lively, active but not aggressive mousse. Faint pink/orange. Gorgeous fragrance of raspberry and cherry but not overly fruity. On the palate, typical Cristal easiness, a bit low in acidity. Fell apart quickly when it got too warm, so better well chilled. Goes down all too easy.
