Friday, March 1, 2024 - Oh, it has been far too long since I have had the sheer pleasure of imbibing Charles Smith’s signature series ’K Vintners’ - note to self: do not do this mistake again! Kicking off ’Washington State Wine Month’ in style with t sincerely enjoyable Milbrandt Syrah (v19, 14% ABV). Dark ruby-red, purple reflections upon pouring, fully translucent in appearance. Expressive, forceful nose & palate combining pepper, bitter cherries, blood, distinctive earth, smoke, m-bodied, vivid acidity & intensity, bitter-driven, lengthy close!
