Saturday, May 25, 2013 - I know that as bottles approach the end of their drinking window, quality can vary; but this one was OUTSTANDING! Smooth, rich fruit, zero defects, an absolutely delicious mouthful. I should be so lucky with the remaining three from this Last Bottle shipment...

5/28/2013 12:34:00 AM - Did you pop and pour? Six months ago, my bottle seemed to perform best the first few hours after pulling the cork. The next day, it wasn't near as flamboyant. Is that consistent with your experience?

5/29/2013 6:03:00 AM - Yes, it was a pop and pour. It was too good to leave any for the next day! I think it was open maybe 90 minutes with no noticable decrease in quality. I will note, however, that I didn't post any comments on the first two bottles, so I may have been lucky here.
