Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - aroma: marzipan, light red berries, light chalk at the beginning and after a few minutes the red fruit emerges. Taste: a lot of tannins and acid that cover the aromas like a lid. the first taste is fruity but dry with chalk. After a few minutes in the glass and increased temperature, it opens up well. Totally ok and will be very good. Decant but preferably wait a couple of years
