Sunday, February 26, 2023 - An unstructured wine with an amazing cornucopia of flavors: pear, pineapple, sage, mint, licorice, pine. It was open for an hour or so before we drank it, and in that time the initial acidity dissipated. This suggests to me that this is a wine for drinking soon.
