Monday, March 6, 2017 - Opened the bottle about 4 hours prior to tasting and it was perfect. Fantastic earthy rich fruit, lush waves of strawberries, prunes and structure to carry the low acidity. The mid palate had a finish that just evolved as the wine settled. a solid old school Barolo that had another 5-10 years easily.
