Thursday, September 8, 2022 - Drank the night we ordered Piada. Drank with Diavalo chicken pasta. Initial sips were a little jammy with strong fruit aroma, but a nice balance on the back end. Soft tannin texture, good acid and cut through the acid of the pasta sauce. Ultimately, I think it’s good.
