Wednesday, July 19, 2023 - Delicious wine. Surprised by the screwcap. First impression was tight and edgy with piercing acidity. Drank a bottle of Bollinger and let this one breathe for next hour.
Wine was much more approachable after that time. Very Italian nose, beautiful tannic structure and very elegant on the palate. Heaps of red cherry fruit, herbs and warm earth. Long finish.
