Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Dinner was running late so I had to grab a wine that would show well as soon as poured. The Lugana hasn't disappointed so far, and the 2020 is no exception. Lime zest with hints of lemon curd and white peach; electric acidity that finishes crisp with limestone and saline minerality. Mrs. Knurd gave it 2 thumbs up after deciding to forgo dessert in order to polish off the bottle. Couldn't ask for more. Oh wait under $13 shipped? Shut your mouth. A- (90) overall eval, driven on value.
