Friday, December 24, 2021 - Pale yellow. Immediately aromatic, boasting exotic tropical fruits like rambutan and lychee over subtle lemon curd. The palate that echoes the nose is ripe and unctuous. A trace of welcome acidity and minerality emerges on the finish to balance out the sweetness. Quite quaffable.
