Sunday, May 29, 2022 - Crisp, zesty, white peaches. Great with the fish pasta dishes at the restaurant we were at. Sweetness masked by the high acidity but for the slow legs and C’s unerring ability to pick out sugar content.
Very enjoyable on hot evening. As mentioned in a review below, a “vin de soif” with that trademark white bolgheri elegance.
