Thursday, August 18, 2022 - Incredible with Japanese Waygu strip. Big wine with plenty of Spanish stewed strawberries, red cherries, spiced vanilla, and crushed slate. Even though it was big, it was drinking very well and was thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely needed the long decant to fully enjoy.
