Monday, May 23, 2022 - Salmon colored from the skin contact. Aromas on the nose of medium intensity. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium plus acidity, full boded w/moderate alcohol, white peach, ripe apple, acacia, almonds, citrus, mineral. Finish is medium. Interesting wine with structure and some complexity. Could certainly hold some years with interesting development
