Thursday, February 29, 2024 - With La Duchesa. With rack of baby lamb chops, broccolini, something else green.

I cannot remember where I bought it, but it was surely, not Peter.

I did decide to decant it, although there was not much sediment. Started a little insipidly, but its complexity grew with breathing. Color was unexpectedly deep. Definitely improved as we drank it slowly.
