Sunday, October 11, 2020 - Dark nose of liquorice, violet, tea leaves, bramble, tobacco and Earth. Brighter, lighter palette of stewed cherry and cranberry. Abrupt finish but still packed enough of a punch to hold up to Porchetta with Shitake risotto. Drink over the next couple of years.
