I enjoyed this bottle with a veal porterhouse and three cheese risotto. Happy happy happy. Great fruit, a hint of earth, perfect balance. It was a little short on the finish, but who cares, just take another sip... Problem solved. There was a little left for the next night; I swear it got better! Earthiness disappeared, it seemed to put a little weight on overnight, and had a longer finish. Maybe that means it should age a little longer, or I just should have let it breathe a little longer ( always an issue when drinking in a restaurant ).
