92 Points

Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - 92-93. I tried this when it was first released and it was excellent (90 pts) but I did not do a tasting note. Now, it has really improved and is one of the top notch kosher Rieslings available. Pale gold color. Nice dry peach, dry pear, mineral with a hint of salt bouquet. On the palate, this is dry, crisp with good acidity and delicious flavors of dry peach, dry pear, saltiness, strong minerality with good fruit beautifully counterbalanced with good bracing acidity. Delicious flavor. Long finish. 11% ABV. A terrific food wine but can also be enjoyed as a sipper. There's even a hint of petrol if you aerate the wine in your mouth. Delicious now, it has the fruit, acidity, and structure to age. Top notch effort. Great QPR. Highly recommended. Can drink with pleasure now, but can age for at least 10 if not 20 years (not sure due to not being familiar with the track record of this wine but what I taste tells me it has the right stuff to age). A MUST TRY. Cellar selection. LOVE IT. Delicious
