Sunday, May 21, 2023 - Deep pink hue with a shade of salmon color. Big, fat tears. The nose offers a gentle profile of red berries along with a nice wet stone element. Pickles too, as perfectly described by another reviewer. Wild raspberry and tart strawberry notes define the palate with zesty acidity and a lingering orange citrus note on the finish. A little more heat than you’d expect from a rosé, but not mad at it.
