Wednesday, August 13, 2008 - Mixture of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle. Pale shiny straw color. Aromas of hay, grass, and lemon pith. Dry, slightly tart flavors of citrus, lemon pith, and hay. Not too shabby, and would be great with simple fish preparation. Better with food than without, when something delicate is called for.
