Sunday, December 12, 2021 - Light hay yellow; fresh, flinty without much other flavours; nice rich somewhat (quite) sweet attack, rounded and fatty with plenty of acidity to keep it well in balance and actually quite refreshing, a relatively long and sweet aftertaste; nice pleasant easy drinking
