Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Drank over several evenings after dinner as a night cap. Light gold color. Intense intoxicating scents of honey, peaches, peppery citrus and peach skin. Good density on the palate. Sweet honey, orange and peach flavors with a good level of acidity keep the flavors vibrant and fresh. Finishes long and sweet with a nice citrus pith note on the finish.
