Friday, December 29, 2023 - Tasting dinner. Surprisingly light color, pale lemon due to its young age. Very pure and floral with camomille, honey suckle, nectarine. Well made, lovely acidity but much too sweet and floral for me. Sweet Muscat is really one of the last things that I order. If it has to be that sweet, then a Riesling Eiswein or TBA would be my preference.
