Friday, February 4, 2022 - Quick notes - grabbed a bottle to bring to BYO sushi spot. This is a bolder rose than your typical French style (obviously) but not too far on the spectrum for California. Pretty good balance, should make a very good warm-weather sipper in the coming months.
