Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - high-toned and bright on the nose, aromas of citrus, apple, quince, ethereal flowers and honey, a little wet wool and petrichor too

viscous and sweet on the palate, buried acidity is strong enough to keep this fresh, and it actually has a lively character, but it is also soft and plush

finish has gorgeous earthy and stony character, this needs at least a few years to develop more honeyed and nutty tones, at which point it will be far more interesting
