Monday, February 11, 2013 - Deep gold. Wonderfully intense and long. Mandarins, marmalade, honey, maple syrup, hazlenuts, almonds, jasmine, chamomile tea, brandy snaps. Rich and complex but with superb balance and tingling acidity. Very good. Drinking very well now. Showing a good degree of development but no rush.
