Friday, November 25, 2022 - White Bordeaux is in ultimate heaven in Pessac / Graves. Semillion makes such a mark on density, exotic essence , and richness. Flavors and aromas of yellow apple, dry gooseberry, Malura fruit, lemon curd, dry blood orange, Bosc pear, field grass, and warm banana Foster. Mouth filling, warm weight, modest acidity. Very satisfying… just lacks a bit definition and crisp acidity. At $59 a bit overpriced for the experience.
