Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - Wow, this wine is wonderful. I can’t imagine how good it will be when mature. Good dark red with black red core, the nose explodes with all sorts of notes - floral characters, red and dark fruits, cedar, sweet spices and savoury aromas. Sniffing reveals so many aromatics it is mind boggling.

The palate is beautifully constructed. Even at such a young age it is spectacular and a joy to drink. There are endless flavours and balance. I’d be happy to drink this every night.

It is a theoretic bland of traditional and modern St Emilion - with the best aspects of both. Walks the fine line of power and subtlety with ease.

It’s not very often I get do enthralled by a wine but this is wonderful.
