Monday, May 24, 2021 - 1 hour upon opening serving into Riedel white wine glass (“Root” day): Medium lemon

Toasty, yeast, stone fruits like apricots, caramel. Taste this blind and almost impossible to guess this is made with Aligote.

Fine mousse that adds to the texture on palate. Minerality is great with lots of good fruits as support. Very nice wine to enjoy now with some time in glass.

94 points easy.
