Sunday, May 8, 2022 - Pnp to a pale yellow color with aromas of apricot and honeysuckle. The palate followed the nose with apricot and honeysuckle. There was an oily mouthfeel but a medium, crisp acidity helped to cut through it to a short apricot finish. I also got a slight effervescent effect on the tip of my tongue which was not expected. Overall it was an interesting bottle. I got very straightforward flavor and aromas but it felt really well constructed.
