Sunday, December 26, 2021 - Color: Light in color like straw. Very clear
Nose: Lemon-y and Citrus. Very fresh smell like fresh cut grass or spring
Palate: Good acid that has a great finish. Slightly tart like apple or ripe pear and lemon. Finish itself is good but doesn't linger. Crisp and clean. Fruity without being too sweet and balances with the minerality.

Very good. Would definitely server with people over. Very easy to drink.
