Thursday, June 30, 2022 - So pale and refined, not too austere but rather well integrated. Fruit tones are lighter, white peach, a little honeydew. Better than my initial experience with these higher end Ott bottlings which were a little too gin-like and high pitched. This went quickly beside the pool
