Monday, June 7, 2021 - Vins d'Alsace Digitasting; 6/7/2021-6/9/2021: 2016 Furstentum Gewurztraminer. “We make wine to pair with food, not for scores.” Cold vintage, shaping the acidity. Quite floral and lovely, sweet, but balanced.
