Thursday, April 13, 2023 - Clear, medium lemon colour. Clean, medium intense aromas of pear, lime, sweet peach, light vanilla, chalk, light mixed apples, tangerine jam, raspberry coulis, sweet baked spice and light herbal touch. Developing aromas.
Dry, high acidity, medium bodied and medium alcohol. Med+ intense flavours of ripe canned peach, blossom, lime, chalk, baked apples and spices, vanilla, herbs and touch of petrol.Medium finish. Very open for business but a light bitter finish. Drink or hold.
