Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - This was a really exceptional. Every now and then Dom rosé can be a little bit of a head scratcher. I have loved many bottles though. I believe this is the first 2008 I’ve drunk. It was bristling with freshness, and energy and tons of deep, dark, red strawberries, and a little rhubarb. It was braced with beautiful minerals, rock dust maybe some deep dark purple/red clay. It frank terrifically as it was bright and ebullient. I really liked it.
