Wednesday, March 19, 2008 - Cosentino Winery Visit (Yountville, Napa Valley): This is made from 100% Cabernet Franc fruit from St. Helena. Only 300 cases are made. Cosentino has made this wine since 1985 I believe. This was a full bodied wine with an interesting herbaceous quality to it. Notes of sage and cedar. Lip smackingly dry finish. 90-91 points.
