Monday, March 25, 2024 - Pale yellow. Medium on the nose. Fresh honeysuckle, lemon, peach, apricot, slight flint and almond. Developing.
Off-dry, high acidity, medium plus finish, medium intensity. So refreshing! It paired so well with my cheese tart yums! The high acidity from this Kabinett and its freshness cleanses my palate after every bite of the cheese tart 😁.
The wine is good, drink now with potential to age.
