Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Dark ruby colored with lots of bell pepper notes on the nose. Taste has very little of that but has a rich, dusty, and tending to a pleasantly bitter black fruit taste. Long finish. Will try next bottle later in its evolution and see if it is any different
