Sunday, June 25, 2023 - Popped yesterday and had a sip. Notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: grapefruit, Rainier cherry, wet stone, underripe peach. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lifted white and sour cherry and grapefruit, loads of sandstone and good density on the hi-toned finish. Lovely now, but very primary. Give this time!
