Monday, November 7, 2022 - Probably should have held this until summer 2023, but it was a nice fall day and we had smoked ham for dinner. The sweetness still shows through but overall a well made wine. 2Lads makes another riesling that is about 25% Fouch fruit and I prefer that one.
