Sunday, July 25, 2021 - PNP out of the gate it came across very Sauvignon blanc like.....
Albeit without the grassy note...then in 30 minutes quickly found its burgundy footing and was delicious with good core of fruit , minerality,
structure and good acidity....
served with halibut over asparagus, lions mane and garlic sauté, with an infused leek shallot sauce...
